Randy Santerre started Freedom Restoration and Cleaning in 1992, with a small portable machine and a lot of ambition. His main goal for many years has always been to do the best job possible and keep the client happy. That goal is still part of the team's’ mentality today. However, our main goal is to become the best Area Rug Expert around by continuously improving our systems and procedures. By being the best cleaner and striving for excellence, everything else simply falls into place.
Our team lives by a code of Values. The hardest challenge for our small business was always trying to keep everyone on the same page. We all have our ups and downs, but if everyone is working from the same set of values, it makes it much easier to correct any mistake and work towards creating systems so that mistake doesn't continue to happen.
“We are the Best” is so overused and outdated most people don't even know what being the best really means. Especially if there is no true way for you, “the client”, to measure how good a company even is. The truth is, we don't know if we are the best compared to every other cleaning company out there. But WE strive to exceed your expectations and perform the best job we can and make sure YOU are happy every with our service every step of the way! And to us, that’s being the best.
